I believe people wont go ioi city mall frequently, people will mostly go during weekends, and on weekdays ppl will just visit neighbour mall, more convenient to access.. rather than to spend hours walking in the big mall during weekdays just to look for groceries stuffs.. Anyway, different ppl, different demand.. as long as ure happy with what u have is good enuf.. Don't quite understand when you said there are noises there. Today ERL train to KLIA is running quite near to GR, and we don't hear any noise at all. Btw, GR comes with four precinct. if we are worried, people can go for EverGreen, and Jacaranda which are far away from the ERL track. |
