b). 20mins to KLIA / Mid Valley.
c). 25 mins to KLCC.
Surrounded by all mature township.
A lot of ppl have a perception that Cyberjaya is over speculated and thus not willing to go in. Semenyih is a relatively new area for speculation. Another point is SD price at Cyberjaya exceeded the "affordable" threshold of 1.5m for many mid income family. To me, invest in semenyih is very risky at current high price. Cyberjaya landed is still reasonable compared to other nearby areas, but highrise is a bit....hope most highrise buyers have a backup plan of own stay.
