So the next mall is The Gem? They haven't released any retail list yet. I've been there and it was converted to sales office and show units.

Got. Flood at the road due to poor drainage. Some cars were stucked there. It's the road near the water tank and if you're coming from the selangor science park 2. I think it happened 1-2 years back. Lucky I was driving the opposite direction and the road wasn't that flooded.
