in future all the SSP2 land are for industrial and commercial, i think 65% are industrial land and 25% are commercial land, 10% residential land... this will really make the area super ONG and super congested... and super crowded...

any speculate mrt2 station in cbj? somebody speculate its at lim kok wing... how true is it? its very difficult to believe, if lim kok wing, then meaning putrajaya sentral no more? its very near....

coz from the other thread, somebody speculate mrt2 will come to cbj first then only will go ptj.. hard to believe it.. since got no respond from the post..

i have no idea also.. thats why i'm asking... are the speculation true or not....
