Many medium to high cost development continuous launch in CBJ. I think average price of CBJ is the highest amongst all suburbs in Malaysia spread over 5000 acres. Desa Park City is higher but over a much smaller acreage of 350 acres.

What do you guys think?

Actually number of units in every suburbs will be having tens of thousands in the next few years. OUG, Bukit Jalil, Greater Bukit Jalil, Puchong, Greater Mont Kiara, Shah Alam and a lot more places. Scary or you see opportunity?

DPC is a small compared to CBJ. DPC single developer can control and manage the development.

SSP2 are borrow cbj name to blossom, or ppl wont know where it is.. didnt see any construction ongoing there... probably fail to enter? only saw the land beside QCell barricade, not sure if its that piece of land or not... no earth work have been done... still jungle there...
*
If SSP2 can attract some big MNCs still not bad. This will help boost up both CBJ and SSP.

affordable home unlikely at ssp2, 65% industrial, 15% residential, and 20% commercial land... with so limited residential land, i think hard to spare some for affordable residential, unless they use commercial land and build as soho or service apartment..

Latest quote from Focus Magazine:

60% of the land is allocated to industrial lots and commercial use, 30% to residential space and the balance of 10% to infrastructure - See more at: http://www.focusmalaysia.my/Assets/Selango...h.P1y0E498.dpuf

the allocation may true but developers has twisted the term and building residential projects on commercial land. Especially projects life Tamarind squares or Hyve which not fall under HDA...

Tamarind Square is commercial right?
