my ASUS m/b is faulty..
wanna send it to warranty
come across in ASUS website about service centre E-Maintenance Sdn Bhd
its the nearest to my house at north Malaysia..

the question is, anyone ever use their service?
did they charges anything for warranty claim?
how much?
read something on their website that need to register extended warranty plan..
any1 ever use their service?
plz explain..

Just send back to where u buy..

Or u can call E-Maintenance see if their charge.. Normally if item still in warranty we dealers dont charge for RMA.. just need to wait for it to come back.

i bought it while i was staying in Sarawak..
now i live at Perlis..
so its hard to send it back..

just asking opinions in lyn if there any1 ever use their service..

O.. Find 1 in Perlis lo.. Call up e maintenance and see what they say..

I have trying to contact e maintainance via their contact forms but it is not working, are they a legitimate company?
