actually based on US system. sometimes ppl get their phone earlier than estimated time. it's down to the speed of production. the delivery time is always considering worst case scenario. last time I ordered my iPad from apple online store and it was scheduled for a week but I received it within days.

Yeah my iPhone wasn't supposed to arrive until about 7th to 11th Nov. But it arrived on 31st Oct in the States. Now I gotta wait until I go there to use it. tongue.gif

by any chance there is a layer covering the mic or speakers?

Did you peel off the plastic covering the mic? tongue.gif

b. COMPLETELY remove the U2 album from your phone and iTunes account with the online tool from Apple:
http://itunes.com/soi-remove

(After using the tool if you still see the album on your iTunes (on your computer) or phone. Just log out from iTunes and log in again.)

But why would anyone remove the U2 album? Apart from free music, U2 is awesome!

I am still using it cz haven got a sp.

Is that really the cause?

But I do like the crystal clear sound quality alth is soft the volum

Most definitely. Any kind of plastic covering the speakers or mic makes it almost impossible to hear. Sound travels via vibrations. The plastic sheet is just absorbing the vibrations and preventing it from reaching the mic, or from escaping the speakers. Try tying a plastic bag tightly around each ear and you'll hear the difference. tongue.gif
