Frequently Asked Questions on buying iPhone 6/6 Plus on the launch day!

1) Will all Machines' outlets carry iPhone 6 and 6 Plus stocks?
Yes, we will do our best to get them to all Machines outlets. Stocks will be limited.

2) When will Machines start selling the iPhone 6?
On Thursday 6th November 2014, 10:00am.

3) How else can I check the stock availability?

4) Where can I start queuing for the new iPhones?
Queue will start in from of our stores. If "Q" poles are present, kindly queue in-line.

5) What happens on Thursday morning, 6th November?
We will have notifications (queue starts here) at our store front on Thursday morning. Please queue up accordingly. Once we open the store we will be giving out queue cards (according to the quantity of iPhones we have in stock) to those waiting in-line. If we run out of queue cards, that would indicate stocks sold-out. Each customer is entitled to ONE (1) card, and each card is entitled to ONE (1) iPhone only.

6) What happens when in queue?
You will be asked which iPhone model you would like to purchase. Upon deciding, you will receive a queue card according to the model you order, once you get a queue card you are not allowed to change the model or leave the queue. Your queue card is no longer valid if you leave the queue.

7) What are the payment mode accepted?
We accept cash, credit card or debit card only. No cheque or easy payment/instalment options are provided. For security reasons, any non-Malaysian credit card without chip requires passport verification.

8) Is there a limited as to how many iPhone I can purchase ?
Yes, due to limited stocks, we are limiting to one (1) iPhone per customer.

9) Can I pre book or reserve my iPhone?
Sorry no reservation or prebook options are provided. Purchases are on first come first serve basis only.

Did it mention which seng heng exactly ? And buying at sengheng means walking in on normal operating hours right

The concierge lady said the mall is 24 hours and that the entrances would not be closed. So it should be okay to go anytime.

i wonder if get from telco... whats the warranty like.... if buy from apple i can get more year warranty by paying more... right? how about telco?

No extended warranty for iPhones in Malaysia provided by Apple.

Still no people in mac city ou. Will update time to time as i will start que here 10pm once shop closed

In Malaysia all standard 1 year from Apple, extra warranty may be provided by retailer such as sengheng senq

still thinking of whether to queue at machines pyramid or empire i think pyramid has more stock but empire less people

remember to fill up the "overnight" form from CS if you park your car in 1U

otherwise the parking fee will cost you a bomb!!!

That's what I did too. Noneed to queue but still ended up waking up early and reach before 10pm to wait

Unplug from 6:30AM, with regular normal so so whatsapp use can leave you with 5% batt life by about 5:20PM
