Guys,

Aware and take your own risk dealing with this SA.

I was plan to purchase xtrail and book with this guy since early January. He offer me a slightly better discount compared to my existing SA. He keep saying can help me get the car before CNY and ask me to deal with him.

So, I turn to him placed deposit and loan approved and wait for launch. Sick part is after launch, he refuse to pick up my call, arrange test drive and sign sales agreement with me.

This guy will ignore all your message and call. And telling you no problem and everything accordance after so many calls he finally call up with this excuse. Guess what, after I called his manager which 2 days no response to me, he has yet unhold my car and was not aware I am to take the car before CNY. So end up no car for me and all cars are fully booked now.

Anyway, here's my incident with him. You guys take care dealing with this guys.

Oh yea, I got another SA help me and I have got my car now already and it is before CNY
