Agree with you that business is based on trust between buyer and seller. Hey, look at it this way. I have never seen you or transacted with you before but I transferred the money to your account. Is this not trust?
I did not attempt to destroy you or your business. I respected you by forewarning you of my actions beforehand. If this is not respect, then what is it?
Anyways, since you claimed that the items are in Malaysia and withheld by customs due to liquid handling. Why not set the next ETA? Say End of December. Should be enough of a grace period to clear all these.

very roughly ~3 days, some sellers ship 1 week, some 2 days, ETA never changed, it depends on the seller how fast they ship, there was no 1st ETA & 2nd ETA, only 1 ETA. Then there's delay as your batch was held.

Because I said ETA, then when there's delay I told you will update you. Like I said, business is based on trust between seller and buyer, so when I said "ETA" and "will update you.", you should trust what I said and don't keep pm me so many times. If you don't trust me then open a dispute, or even better don't even buy my service in the 1st place.
That's what you've been doing, like a psycho, after 2 days you pm me, after 3 days you pm me, is like twice a day you pm me on each of those days, like I said, respect my time, you still don't seem to respect my time.

I didn't ask for your number. I've never promised to give you my number. It's the same in pm, I said will update you, so if there's update I will update you in PM, you don't need immediate response time.

You've no bargaining power to make any conditions, after what you did to me, simply give my private info when there's late delivery after I told you a delay is expected as your batch's held at customs, don't want to remove my private info when requested then after requested threatened to lodge a police report, then only removed when I asked staff and the way you treat me. After all that, what you think I should do?
