Details of the complaint :

Diiimn is a seller providing a Cheap and Fast US Item Import Bulk Service as per his thread here:

On 26th August 2014, an amount of RM413.37 was transferred online to his Maybank account for the purchase of New Balance Shoes. Seller informed me that my goods ETA is 5-6 weeks. So technically i should have received my goods in Mid October 2014. On 17th October 2014, seller informed that the batch of order (my item plus other buyers) has been withheld by the Malaysian customs possibly due to liquid items. If liquid items cant pass through the customs, then why did he even order in the first place? And i do not think it will take 2 weeks to clear customs. I asked him for evidence but my question was not answered.

As a buyer, it has been very time consuming for me to keep chasing him for updates via Lowyat PM. And response has been very few in between. I have Pm'ed him for the last few days with no response. Clearly the seller is seen to be online and has been bumping his thread. This shows that he is an irresponsible seller and avoiding my messages via lowyat.

His last message to me was on 22nd October 2014.

Dear forumers, I need to hear your advise on this matter.

Seller responded to my pm insisting me to take down his name and Maybank account from the resolution post. I did inbox him of my actions, informing him beforehand before I posted. But he never responded. So as a gesture I have removed his name from the post.

He even had the audacity to threaten that if I don't remove his name and account number, he will post my name, address and phone number. I asked for his number as I'm sick and tired of checking on the website constantly for updates. But number was not given. I even told him to text, whatsapp and call me! But none received so far.

I find it amusing that I did not commit any wrong doings and was deemed as a wrong party here. He has been evading my questions to enquire on updates of my items.


I guess I will consolidate all the messages and attach in this thread later.

Hope to hear advise from you guys.

I did not attempt to destroy you or your business. I respected you by forewarning you of my actions beforehand. If this is not respect, then what is it?

Anyways, since you claimed that the items are in Malaysia and withheld by customs due to liquid handling. Why not set the next ETA? Say End of December. Should be enough of a grace period to clear all these.

Because I said ETA, then when there's delay I told you will update you. Like I said, business is based on trust between seller and buyer, so when I said "ETA" and "will update you.", you should trust what I said and don't keep pm me so many times. If you don't trust me then open a dispute, or even better don't even buy my service in the 1st place.

That's what you've been doing, like a psycho, after 2 days you pm me, after 3 days you pm me, is like twice a day you pm me on each of those days, like I said, respect my time, you still don't seem to respect my time.

I didn't ask for your number. I've never promised to give you my number. It's the same in pm, I said will update you, so if there's update I will update you in PM, you don't need immediate response time.

Maybe if you explain what is the steps you need to do and/or doing to release the shipment, it would be understandable and accepted by your buyers?
Instead of just say "wait for release and no confirm date, wont be long..."?

I believe you would have some custom declaration forms and everything and have proof that custom is indeed holding up your items?


Last but not least, where is your other buyers that also affected in this batch?
Why not get them here and they might be able to help u to convince TS to wait longer?


I never deal with customs before, but last year i did a pre-order and my orders was delayed due to supplier issue.
I even posted my conversations between my supplier and myself, and since mine is pre-order i do not allow refund.
Yes got 1 or 2 did make noise but i have shown everything its not delayed by me.

No I don't need the other buyers to come and convince TS, they themselves also want fast, they won't convince TS, TS should either believe me or not, that's it, but that isn't the question now.

When I asked for evidences, I understand that it's confidential. But I'm also certain that you can send me a screenshot of the payment you made to amazon for my items? You can also blur out the other important information as well, couldn't You?

Well, you can rest assure that it won't happen. Plus what is there to gain if I publicize your information. I only have your name and bank account number. It's not like I have your photo, home address, phone number, passport number or identification number.

If I go on a rampage after I receive my item, then you can use this as evidence of me going back against my own words.

Who knows what can happen after I send you your item, seeing what you've done and your attitude, so I will only ship to you if you give me RM200 as damage fee, otherwise I won't ship your item to you. When your item arrives with other ppl's item in the batch, I'll take the pic of the batch including your item and show you, but you won't be getting your item if you don't pay me.

What happened to eta? So now he has to pay you an extra to get the shoes he bought and paid for, because your shit got hold up at the customs?

Also, if you want to provide a service, do it with ethics, nobody cares for a sneaky seller who doesn't reply and update his shit. If that were everyone, then how to do business? Are you doing TS a favour, or did he pay you for this. Oh wait, he paid? Oh no you are a princess, so therefore ts should pay the RM200, and give you a backrub for all the hard work you have done.

Speechless at your request of RM200 for damage fees when my items are already overdued.
So i do commit to transfer another RM200, am i really guaranteed for my items? OR will it be a long wait again?

How about i claim some money from you as well? I was promised ETA's from you. Never arrived. So who is going to pay for my patience and my time?

Picture this scenario. I walked into a fast food joint. Order a set meal. Cashier said have to wait 5 minutes for the fries. So i gladly take my beverage and my burger and quickly find a seat to settle down. From where i'm seated, i can clearly see people in line queuing up a the counter i just left.

So after 5 mins, my fries was not delivered to my table. Of course i had to go to the counter and check if the cashier has forgotten since it was a busy day.
Cashier said will deliver to my table. I returned back to my seat anticipating and happily waiting to eat that pack of fries. So 15 minutes have passed, and nothing was delivered. And i can see that those who queued after me had their complete set of meals.

What emotions do you think i have; running in my mind? Rage, Anger, Disappointment? Yes possibly all of them. But do you think i will walk to the cashier and scold blatantly? Its highly possible that I gladly ask where are my fries. And if the cashier told me to wait again, then it's very reasonable for me to ask why have the rest received their order of fries even queuing after me?

If you felt that my approach is wrong to get updates from you, then i suggest you put a disclaimer in your thread to inform potential buyers of your SLA in responding to private messages.

In all my dealings in lowyat, my sellers/buyers are very responsive. I'm ok with 2-3 days delay in response. But hey, i private messaged you for updates. No reply. But i see that you are online. So i sent another private message hoping that you will clear your inbox and respond to mine since you are very busy.
I'm also very certain that most e-sellers here would not hesitate to respond to a private message that could consist of a business opportunity.

FYI, The last update i heard from you was on OCT 22 before you started commenting on this dispute thread.

Nearly 10 days of waiting and not given a proper response. So what should i do? Wait? Sure i can wait. But how long? If you had updated me, then this dispute would not have existed.

I guess the other buyers from the same batch order are happy with your service and i'm the psycho one here. Because no one seems to be complaining and frustrated as i am.

Who do you think you are? The Court? Why does the seller have to pay RM200 as damage fee. This is freaking ridiculous. I suggest TS complaint to the Consumer Tribunal to get this settled.

@arsenalrox, i thing my item is same batch with you.

Same thing no update, waited so long already. Does kastam really hold the item so long?? Where is the buyer for the liquid item?? ask him to pay tax and get our item release lahhhh....

Fed up already waiting so long. Somemore i got 2nd batch with him...
Now only thing is wait for Diiimn reply on the status, hope that i trusted the right guy...

Hi, i'm not sure if my order is the same batch as yours. Because i don't have a clue whose order is affected.
Hoping that this thread can reach out the buyers that are affected from this delay.

Perhaps you can PM me the details of your purchase. See if able to cross check.

I paid of Aug 26 and still waiting. Was told had to wait for other buyers to join the same batch order. But no indication of when and who are the rest.
