im frustrated after realizing that my folder containing bioshock save file is corrupted...darn!!!

So how does the online activation thingy work with the original copy of the game?

Still got that only can install twice thing?

I remember reading that they increased the activation limit to 5 but some month ago or so, they released a activation revoke tool. So in other words you can install the game as many times you want provided you haven't make any major changes to your hardware.

yeah...mine is bad ending with all the killings....but the other ending, as my friend told me, its a good ending where no killings like the bad endings though...not so sure somehow...maybe anyone here who played n rescued all the lil' sister n let us noe the ending?

Guys, anybody here plays Bioschock with a laptop with Intel C2D 1.8ghz, 1gb ram and Nvidia 8600M GS ? Does the game run smoothly ?

if you tone down a bit @ medium @ 1024x768 equivalent, should be smooth enough... UT3 engine is quite mild..

At a part where you took a potion name wat 120 that make your electric bolt, freeze, incarnation and bla bla bla unstable ....

When i seek for second potion of that, i cant retreive it O_o !!!

It says : You cannot take another more item

Kill all Little Sister = Bad Ending (and an angry voice of Tenenbaum)

Save some and Kill some = Bad Ending (but with a saddened voice of Tenenbaum)

Save all Little Sister = Good Ending

Any of you on XP SP2 and widescreen monitor?

My widescreen native res is 1600x1050 (16:10) ... under Vista I could select 1280x800 (also 16:10) for proper full-screen stretching.

However in XP SP2 there is no 1280x800 option, so I either play 1680x1050 (vid card can't handle it), or a normal 4:3 aspect. Manually setting 1280x800 in the ini's doesn't help either.

Using 8600gts with the latest nvidia beta drivers.

Played halfway then RAM died, dunno what problem it was by then, did a clean installed. Forgot to backup the save games.

Do you think they will make System Shock 3?
I really enjoyed System Shock 2.

But I'm afraid it will be "dumbed down" like Bioshock. T_T

Who else thinks that this game - Bioshock appeared to be "dumbed down" i.e. "made easy" to accommodate the console release - XBOX 360 ?

If you played System Shock 2 before, you will notice that System Shock 2 had a much complex user interface etc?

Or dumbing down is good? Easier to comprehend?
