Are you able to run a memtest on your end? If not please send it back to us for checking.

I've run memtest to pass 1 and get the following result

I think its cause by windows itself since i'm having no problem at all for months until i update windows.
for now i've done a repair install for windows and it seems fine, will report back if the BSOD happens again.

Hi Ace,

It shows that it's not related to your OS, please bring it back and we will exchange the RAM for you, if it's still covered under warranty.

Thanks for clarifying it Prince J.
Just had the BSOD again, will inform you when i'm visiting.

Sent it last saturday and got a message saying i could already collect it at that exact day, didnt expect it to be so fast though.

went and collect it today. MrChin and Staff was friendly and helpful, although i didn't talk much. thumbup.gif

Will definitely return. smile.gif
