open hardware monitor

I didn't turn my fan speed to max, i believe it make a big different if fan speed goes to max speed.
surrounding temperature in one of the important factor too.

R u able to view fanspeed with open hardware monitor?
Mine shows invalid.

i went full ultra settings on sc2 and played for 30minutes got 72 degree C as my max temp.

max fan. and the fan above me also max

This is normal..72 is good for the gtx970m.

How about when fan now Max? As in the fan speed is controlled by the PC itself

Performance depends on the game actually and not that accurate bro..better use dedicated tests software like FURMARK etc etc

anyone plays hearthstone here? im playing hearthstone with max settings in windows mode, and there's abit of lag, not internet lag.

for other high graphics game no problem with ultra settings. weird.

i checked the taskmanager for stats, nothing seems to be at 100%or very high %of utilization..

btw will those over clocking apps help?
or the built in over clock is already enough

and is there any apps to show your fan speed, temperature, clocks etc.. on a widget on the homepage of the screen?

Hi guys, I bought my z5 few days ago,
I notice something weird on my screen, when i'm loading game ( as in the whole screen is dark ), there is a part of my screen isn't same colour as other part.
is it normal? should i bring back for warranty?

This is showing the processor temperature and processor temperature is higher than GPU temperature with Intel Turbo Boost enabled.

You can turn off the turbo boost by pressing FN + 9.

Go to Nvidia Control Panel and set Heartstone to "High Performance", then your machine will use the dedicated GPU to run the game instead of integrated HD 4600.

It's backlit bleeding, this has been discussed about 6 months ago. Backlit bleeding is common for IPS display.

Hi christ14, you are required to flash the Windows 10 BIOS, you can bring you back for reflashing.

We don't recommend users to reflash the BIOS on their own because it's very risky.

yeah did that already, the GPU activity show hearthstone is running under it. weird, duno isit the arena tracker's problem or not.

Thinking to get a laptop cooler pad since my room can get very hot in the afternoon.
Anyone got any recommendation that looks great with the Z5 ?
