Just want to clear my doubts. Are we allowed to exchange version one backpack with version two if the version one is not used(still brand new).

i am sorry but we can't exchange the old v1 bags for the v2 bags.

I think ill get another third party laptop backpack. any ideas ?

Alienware Orion or Vindicator. Those are very solid and can stock up quite an amount of stuff inside.
I had an Orion, my dad is using. The space is larger and IMO better than ILLEGEAR backpack. But quite big and heavy if fully loaded.
But ILLEGEAR backpack is just good in its size. Quite fashionable also, looks better than others

Do you own any of them? It's mostly for big laptop 18". I could find a few 16". I just afraid that the bag would be too big for z5.

am using a Everki.
so far so good (was using it for my old 17" Dell and now for my daily 15").
main reason for getting it is because it has a size big enough for my 17" back then when other brands like Targus couldnt.

My z5 encounter plug in but not charging . solution?

Thats not a problem, Z5 will stop charging if the battery level is above 85 or 90%. In this case z5 battery will not get damage from charging excessively. Since z5 battery cannot be plugged out, this is the best way to save the battery. So whenever you plugged in the power for a long time (like playing games or frget to unplug) , the battery will not get problem or damage in future.

You need to "hard" reset it. When you charged you laptop to 90 or above, switch off the power adapter and then unplug it. Wait for about 30 seconds or more then plug it in back and switch on the power adapter.
Now it will show not charging when it is 90% or above. The reason why it charge till 100% is most probably you're charging it from 90% or below, so it will straight away charge it to full.

In my case, I will not unplug the power adapter after switch off it. I will just switch off the power on adapter for about 30 second and then power on it back. Then there you go you will see it showing "plugged in but not charging).
