Dividends = usd 2 ++ / at least 3.2% yield .. Infineon dividends = 56 cents

Year End Bonus 2014 = remains as 2 months. BUT

Year End Bonus 2015 will be 1 month, as all employees basic SALARY will be increased as below to fight inflation,
higher income bracket,..etc..etc

Calculation :-
Example ONLY :- Product Engr with 3 years experiences
Basic Pay for Dec 2014 = RM 4800
Basic Pay for Jan 2015 = RM 4800 + RM 400 ( previous 1month bonus divided by 12 months and add-in into basic salary)
Total new basic salary JAN 2015 = RM 5200.. March 2015 Payouts = Profit Sharing 14.1% divided by 100 X 14 months basic salary
Bonus Dec 2015 = 1 month..

Why need to hike basic salary ? Reduce talent staffs outflow, compliance with Govt laws on low level income staffs,
got extra cash to survive with inflation(due to GST??) , ..etc..etc.

Texas Instruments(TI) is 5x bigger than Infineon globally .. Fresh Graduate in TI starts from RM 3.2K monthly salary.

Yes. I'm working in National Semiconductor Corp(NS) since 2001 and in year 2009,
Texas Instruments(TI) bought NS.. For Operator, starting salary is rm 975 basic allowance.. For transport, shift allowance ..etc
will be more than rm1K.

For junior Tech (fresh with certificates) , IMHO should be RM 1.5 - 1.6K
For medium Tech ( with EE/Mech/Electronic Diploma ) , I think fresh should be RM 2K.
For RM 2.5K - 3K depends on skills/experiences.. Got senior Tech ==> Staff Tech ==> Assistant Engr.
Many job grades of levels to climb..

You study Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Physics ?
