(based on my diet plan) how much carbs after post work-out is by 0.8 x ur body weight..(normally with protein shake that have carbs) then after 1 - 2 hrs take ur meal..i normally will take (for carbs) brown rice, potatoes, vege, (for protein) chicken breastsor lean beef or fish with eggs
