have anyone work at maxis call center klcc, what about the environment?and what are the salary given?what are the benefit?

I've worked as a customer care consultant for five months at the one near Bandar Sunway.
I don't know if the environment is the same as the one in Klcc but the one that I'm working is a little crowded. It could be a good thing because its easy to communicate with others or a bad thing because theres less privacy. I think the environment should be the same.
The salary I got was rm1600 which isn't too bad.
Its pretty stressfull. Unless you're really into handphones and enjoy talking (or being scolded) by different people, then you should be fine.
I coudn't handle the large volumes of calls so at the end I have to leave.
As for benefits, I don't think theres any if you're under a contract. At least in my case. 12 months is really long. Mine was only three months but they extended it to another three more months without even letting me know. Bleh.

I think theres a price to pay if you quit before the end of the contract.
You probably have to pay some money. Different companies have different ways to treat their employees if they quit before the contract ends, i guess. Some companies beat their empoyees. Ha ha.
