As mentioned earlier, you just need to summon during the RS of Elza or SRS.

Personally I prefer SRS since it is more secure in any other way to get good summon.

I do get shitty summon too sometimes like Signas, Elimo etc.

Thats y i said all dpends on luck.
i only summon during events/SRS n thats my result.
