BB10 - 250% and ATK Buff of 95%, but note that the ATK buff does not apply on Ciara's BB. 22 BC
SBB10 - 420% and ATK Buff of 110% also does not apply to herself, and the DEF ignore is now 2 turns and applies on her own SBB. 42 BC

She will not get the buff during the attack but will get the buff after she finished her turn

ATK Buff is delayed. Def ignore buff is immediate.

There are a few units also like that. slight delay in applying buff. If not mistaken this has already been fixed in JPBF. So eventually we will see it fixed in global as well.
