Hi guys, looking for Johorians or at least anyone who is very familiar with locations in Johor. Got a few survey questions as my partner and I are looking to expand our business there.

We will be looking to open up a gym in Johor so to add to our research we'd like to find out what Johorians would think and prefer.

Client demographic will be mid-high income individuals. So we'll most likely be targeting places within & closer to city center JB.

Location choice heavily dependent on size of surrounding residential catchment and income.

1. Where are the general "gempak" areas in Johor currently?
- Where there's lots of residential close by and popular for people to come and hang out.

2. What are popular mid-high end residential locations?
- mid to high maybe looking at RM 800k property value onwards

3. Popular expat location?
- Where them ang mohs at yo.

4. We were suggested Bukit Indah. What is that place like? and any other similar or better location?

5. If you are a gym goer, where would you want it to be!
