is MBB Card Center at Garden open till 9.30 as mentioned in their webpage?

trying to apply Ikhwan (should i bring any document as previously i got m2card?).

Coz i fill my motor tank every 2 days. Mostly on weekdays.
Each session rm5-6...if using cc, wont get any cb...

Or i misunderstood? Topup gift card under petrol category at counter and still can get 5% cb?

No benefit at all, just tried my best to apply ikhwan using this method but failed.
And if success, i will use ikhwan for petrol purpose only (1k with cb rm50 only)
