So me too planning to head on this card but problem is i just got my hlb essential approved (didn't even applied for it...they said the application was automatic when i applied for their PL )

Currently holding M2C and since i don't wanna jeopardise my ikhwan application, planning to terminate this hlb essential very soon....with unlimited 1% cb i think this card is considered hopeless

Not due to many cards lah...but more on affordability issue here
Got 6k CL on M2C (already big figure to me hehe) and 5k on hlb essential....commitments on PL...car loan...house summore
With me just a small salary earner, just wonder how will bank categorised me as when thay see my CCRIS huhuhu.

I think la kan...maybe with 1 card less, the chances is there for the card to get approve hahaha....dreaming
Mind u....really desperate to get this card worr but after november lah...after clearing up my PL with hlb (yeahh...another effort to tidy up my CCRIS report)

Yeaa...already on that...have never given a cent to bank so far
But reading from forumers experience here (especially fruitie...hi there!), chances of getting rejected still high

Wowww!! After 2 weeks of submitting my application (just to test my luck with no hope of being approved), only now received their sms telling my app has approved
Straight away login to m2u and this's it...hahaha

Time to focus on this thread then

Actually i never applied for the card. The card application come together with hl personal loan (which i never aware of in the 1st place).
So when my pl got approved, so did the card (this according to their cs lah)

Just got my 1st statement with the card this month with usage of RM128 (itchy hand still want to swipe )
Don't like seeing many cards in wallet, so with ikhwan mc coming in, i think better just discard this essential.

offtopic sekejap, if u don't mind, what's ur highest cb earned for the essential card in it's 2 years service?

Why my Payment due date & Statement date in m2u still showing "N/A" till now?
Already swipe 2 times with the card for petrol and Mydin with total outstanding RM100++.

Bill? None so far as my card was approved on 28 of August if not mistaken. No info on bill date either

If my memory serve me well, when my maybank2card got approved last year and showed up in m2u, i can see straight away the SD and DD.
Nevermind lah....will wait for my 1st statement then.
