Obviously they can't share with me the real reason but they listed the possible reasons:
1) Age limit (Not possible)
2) Salary requirement (Not possible, it is the same requirement as M2Cards Plat which I have already held)
3) Payment history (I always pay in full for all banks and never late for payment for Maybank or the most 1-2 days for other banks because sometimes I will forget to make Giro payment but never charged with late payment charges before)
4) Credit history (This is possible, due to BT in Aeon, this is the only I could think of)

actually bank also is doing business = to gain profit.

when they analyse you of having high exposure, it doesn't mean that they feel you unable to pay them back. it simply means that you may not be able to further utilise their cc (based on your current usage and capability).

your response of "never owed mbb a single cent" won't be helping, as they prefer you to owe and pay them interest.

you should have replied that you are actually considering to cancel "some of your other cc" to give way to this cc (if approved). this may give the cs a reason to put a note for an appeal for management approval.
