i'm wondering. currently i have a ikhwan visa petronas. i already set an autodebit with prudential on it.

if i request maybank to change my card to ikhwan mastercard, what will happen to my autodebit?

going to cancel my visa ikhwan and applied the master ikhwan last friday becoz of the CB alternative to the mbb2 amex and also the umrah contest

get master ikhwan if you want the 5% cash back for groceries and petrol every friday and saturday

visa ikhwan emphasis more towards treat points for groceries on weekend and also petronas brands

quite some time already there, just don't tick on the Zing checkbox while filling up the application form

because i seldom use TnG nowadays, even got 3 underutilized cards. so dont want them to keep my rm200 always inside the TnG

for my case, i have to split my CL between my m2c and ikhwan

since i applied directly at the hq counter, the girl informed me regarding the CL split and let me decide on the CL value on each card

CB of course rm50 for each card = rm100 monthly

my chronology=
1) owned ikhwan visa CL 5k
2) after almost 5 years, then got to know about M2C
3) submit application for M2C but the counter said need to submit my 3 months latest salary payslip to increase CL first while i went for lunch
4) came back after lunch, then they approved the CL till 15k
5) so the counter said i need to decide on splitting the CL amount between both cards
6) so decided 10k goes to m2c and 5k to current ikhwan visa
7) next month applied ikhwan master and using the epf statement only
8) approved, shared the same CL with my ikhwan visa
9) took the ikhwan master and close the ikhwan visa on the same day

got visa ikhwan petronas, but no cashback.
8x TreatsPoints on weekend and 5x TreatsPoints on weekdays whenever you spend at PETRONAS Service Stations
8x TreatsPoints for purchase at groceries every weekend

still under maybank islamic's ikhwan series kan

not possible i guess. i have applied my ikhwan and mbb2 at the maybank hq. both of the cards took them at least 3 working days

i swiped my ikhwan at sushi king before more than once, no problem. Plus got the discount due to sushi king promotion for mbb card users.

another to add, can't use the card on casinos.
