My First statement for this card. Din know that the cash back will only be credited on the following month and not on the same month. Transaction on 04 Sept, no cash back receive. Call CS, they say will only be credited on Oct statement.
Another thing I'm not aware, no treats points for those Friday and Saturday transactions.
Not so good of a credit card after all.

isnt this the same as m2card amex?

spending in the month, only get the cb on 1st/2nd of next month. technically it's still within the spending month because cb cutoff is end of the month.

just wondering, how do you expect the cb to be given? Sep has not ended but you're expecting the cb to be given immediately?

Erm.. Maybe I'm too used to the previous ocbc titanium CB. Cut off date is the statement date..
My bad for missing the T&C when applying for this. :/

no worries la, others are adjusting to new cards too biggrin.gif

just spend as normal on Fri/Sun for your Groceries and Petrol.

compared to HLB Wise and CIMB CR, the cb is really next month on the 28th blush.gif not an issue if you constantly using the card.

All the best! biggrin.gif

Now I think my Ikhwan statement date got "hay wired", the Payment Due Date & Statement Date never appear after requested to change the statement date and after paying the 1st statement... 1st statement was originally 6 September, it turned blank after paying the 1st bill... blink.gif Is this normal? icon_question.gif

Hi guys,

Is this card come with the Touch n Go by default? I call up to apply, the staff did not mentioned anything about Touch n Go, and I also forgot to mention I do not need this to be included.  doh.gif

Will they call us again before card approve or I shall call them again?

Thanks for remind, that's my worry.

I have call up to remind that I do not need TnG. As per CS, is upon request. They will not come with as previous member reply me.
