need advise from all the experts here

developer hand over the house but there is a lot of white grout stain on the tile surface, floor tiles, wall tiles, etc.

if i use chemical or acid to clean, all the white grout line will be gone if im not mistaken. i try to use normal detergent and cleaner and the grout haze cannot be remove from the tile surface. for info, the tile surface is rough type which makes it difficult to scrub off.

any tips / help / advise to do the cleaning?

last time i scrubbed mine tile by tile using a Scotch Brite Bath Scrubber (white color) and Jif. Once I finished one or two tiles (mine were 2x2) I would mop it with clean water to get rid of the Jif. I didnt know whether it would stain it or not and I didnt want to leave it on too long as I had lots of areas to cover
