i dont think this will be a radical move, slowly Jose will let go the old players and promote this guys to the first team, i'm not saying straight to starting spot..but maybe as a squad players first..

FFP really push us to use the youth, and the club also pushing the same agenda.

if we let go 2 players and buy 1 promote 1..good enough for me.
