Legit ? Not a fan of him though

is he considered as home grown? hmm.gif

If yes then not bad. Terry will not get any younger. Christensen have a huge step if wanna b in first team squad. If Terry hang his boot, we only have Cahill, Zouma and Iva.

MU needs someone experienced to organize their back 4.
don't really appeal to me as well, having Pique as our CB..
no other candidates?
*
Varane would be nice, but iinm, he just signed new contract with Real.

How about Mat Hummels from Dortmund? Dortmund not doing very well in the league. Maybe they wil be in lower half of the table, then players can leave on a cheap. whistling.gif

Use back our youth will br cheaps.
zouma and kalas can step in anytime.

Hope Kalas get more game time in Cologne. If he can perform in Bundesliga, I think he can do well in the PL. Still not sure why Mou loan him and signed Zouma. sweat.gif

Should not have loan him there.
kesian kalas.
as for zouma, is too hard not to buy young prospects.
I think in time he will be another monster in the making.
*
tbh, til now I haven't see Zouma's game. Schrewbury, pre season games that he played all I missed. doh.gif

What type of player he is actually? Something like a Terry (no nonsense)? or Carvalho/Luiz type (ball playing defender)? rclxub.gif

QUOTE(Belphegor @ Oct 30 2014, 09:32 PM)
I for one would love to see him in blues. I am already a fan of his since Man Utd days and was really bad luck for him not to make into first XI when they have the likes of Ferdinand, Brown, Vidic. He is similar to Desailly type; organize back 4 like what yokoloco mentioned. Strong and tall physical gives opposition a hard time and slim chance. And having 1 Spanish at one department..? brows.gif It would be a great addition, provided he is home grown, but I doubt the reliability of this news anyways.
Zouma is Kompany or Pepe alike. Sometimes too rough might get him into trouble. If he goes to midfield, it's Gattuso, Keane, De Jong type. Have better picture now? tongue.gif
*
Yea. Something like our legend Desailly? brows.gif

If he can develop better body strength, I think he can outmuscle strikers. And also Drog might be able to help him in that part in training. whistling.gif

u didnt watch maribor game? he is quite good for his age.

Didn't watch bro. Too tired dy that dat. laugh.gif

I think Terry still have a good 2 years left in him in top level. After that, time for Zouma to step up dy. flex.gif

If Pique comes, we have a group of Spanish players riao.

Azpi, Pique, Fab, Costa. Not bad. 1 Spanish in each department. lel

For Pique, yes. He is similar to Desailly. Well built, tall and strong physical body, can challenge someone with Costa's size. I'd be over the moon if he really sign for Chelsea. blush.gif blush.gif Of course I do not want to upset our finance to cause any disturbance on FPP. If he come cheap, I'll welcome him with open hands.  thumbup.gif

As for Terry, though I love him with all my heart, his time would be over by end of the season. Most, I give him 15/16. He is getting slower and slower, it is time for Kalas/ Zouma to step up. Going up against pacey strikers or getting counterattack always scares the shit out of me cause Terry does not have what he had during his younger days. :/ I'd prefer him holding some "advisory" role to nurture the younger generations and give him a director of football or board of directors role upon hanging his boots. brows.gif

Tbh, JT is Mr Chelsea for me. Legendary 1 club guy. U dun c dat too much nowadays. I hope he can bcum the ambassador for Chelsea. I have no prob if he is the official face for Chelsea since he is Mr Chelsea. icon_idea.gif

QUOTE(Kerplunk @ Oct 31 2014, 07:58 AM)
Hasn't been properly tested, but from what he's exhibited so far,he has a good ground game and (from the looks of it) upper body strength which means it isn't easy for opponents to dribble past him.

However he has to work a lot on his positioning and the timing of his jumps on setpieces and crosses. Zouma has a superb leap on him,but he has a habit of jumping too early and this means although he wins a good number of aerial battles, his headed clearances often don't get enough distance.

Lots of potential, but we need to be patient with this one. I actually agree with you and yinchet, kalas is ahead of him. Of course i'm being slightly biased based on the latter's solid performance vs liverpool at anfield last season against the mercurial suarez thumbup.gif
*
Well, let's just hope the management's decision to loan him to Cologne is the right 1. Hope Kalas can fight his way to be in the starting 11. flex.gif

Well, imho, I hope Piazon, McEahren and Kalas do superbly in their loan club.

I rate 3 of them highly. But McEahren have not been doing to well for the past few years imho. I really hope both Piazon and Kalas can break into our starting 11. Piazon can play anywhere in the trident and striker position. While Kalas? I see him as the next Iva. flex.gif

Btw is this Musonda gud? I let him leave in my FM2014. lel

Despite the fact he's a racist, lying, cheating thug?

In footballing terms, he is Mr Chelsea. No doubt bout that. Find me a modern player that plays from youth until retire in 1 club if u can.

What happens in the football game, stays in the game. Fiery words sure fly during an intense match. U will say things without thinking bout it first. I take it as that. Terry was just unlucky that the camera was shooting right at him when he was saying those words. If u have 22 cameras shooting at each player's face, u will get this type of words coming out from their mouth.

Just my 2 cent. icon_rolleyes.gif

Gerrard? Giggs?
One doesn't have to stay with the club from youth until retirement in order to be considered a club icon IMO. You have Duncan Ferguson, who is undeniable Everton through and through even though he only joined the club when he was 23. Even for Chelsea you have Zola, who's shown he has a special connection with the club.
John Terry though, you realize there's a reason he's the most disliked player in England. Lying about that racism incident, bullying at Chelsea, That Wayne Bridge saga, known as a thug from a family of chavs. Mr. Chelsea? Really?
No matter what excuse one makes for him, one simply cannot deny the past. That's why he's lying low for the past few years. The less heard from him, the better.

*
Lel.

The most disliked player in England. Many can argue the player is Ronaldo for getting Rooney sent off with his wink. Suarez was also once the most disliked player for his bite. It's just a matter of opinion even in the topic of who is the most disliked player in England. lel

It's just a game of opinion. U have ur point, I have my point.

Let's just leave it there.

Terry still takes the cake, trust me. Only you Chelsea fans can stand him. Nobody else.

Same with Everton fans lo. Only they wil think Duncan Ferguson is a legend.

Who will rmb his four convictions for assault - two arising from taxi–rank scuffles, one an altercation with a fisherman in an Anstruther pub and the most infamous: his on–field headbutt on Raith Rovers defender John McStay in 1994 while playing for Rangers, which resulted in a three-month prison sentence. Punching and kicking a fan. shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

Only an Everton fan will brand him as a legend. laugh.gif

Violence is more acceptable probably in a footballing context, compared with cheating on your wife with a team mate's girlfriend while being a racist to fellow professionals and a jerk in general. Take Cantona, for example. I'll say the lot of them acted with more justification and honor than King of Stamford Bridge.
But then I wouldn't blame you for feeling obliged to support that sorry excuse for a human, you confuse your team allegiance with having to stick with players regardless the cause. Much like Liverpool did with Luis. You realize you can't blame Liverpool for defending him for that bite now, as that would make you a hypocrite.

It is a man's game after all. Honor and passion plays a big part.
You don't have to reply with pretend sarcasm, you're a very confused man indeed. I think you belong in the Dennis Wise era more, at least the chavs back then would appreciate your "loyalty".

*
And I think u belong here.

O wai....u didn't noe this tered existed? O yea. An everton fan never post in everton tered before. hmm.gif Dupe siapa terlepas nih. whistling.gif brows.gif

oh btw, quoting from ur 'It's a man's game after all, Violence is more acceptable.' I think u baru belong to the old days ala Sam Allardyce's Blackburn/Bolton style of football. whistling.gif
