There aren't any written rules on how a Christian should party, just don't overdo it. Definition of overdoing it is like how American college students party. Recreational drugs and lots of alcohol. Oh, clubbing too. Now I'm beginning to sound like a parent.
*
Birthday party is alright.

Clubbing is really worldly imo.

OIC.

Yes, we leave our past behind since we have embraced Christ's love.

Wow, it must have taken years of discipline to do what you do.

Well, I don't smoke but I still occasionally drink beer.  blush.gif

Still trying dude...

It's the Grace of God working in my life.

Grace here means It happens without my effort because I wanted God's strength to work through.

I confess it everyday in my prayer. I told God, I really don't have the strength to do this, I need your strength and your grace.
That is the principal.

2 Corinthians 12:9 - But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

It happened without even me being conscious of it. And why it works? Because when we allow God to be the Almighty and we play the one in need, He will come through.

Many times we do it the reverse, like how De thought, we must be the strong one...that's when we push God's grace away.

I like old school hymn and social gathering (Not clubbing ok). But I'm ok with contemporary Christian music, ie, Hillsong, Brian Doerksen, Chris Tomlin, etc.

There's something very beautiful about old chiors that can't be replaced. Same style used so often for big movies nowadays.

Most of the principals started by Bach. He'd write a choir hymn every day with a specific  formula. Very interesting.

lol, just joking with you guys.

If you accept and believe what you just said, then you also subject yourself to be controlled by what you accept and believe.

As a child of God, we don't have to be subjected to the powers of this world.

Read Romans 8:2.

u still need money to live la. that's a truth and fact la for guys already computerize and programmed.
God also know when you will be died one

Ever since Adam was separated from God,

Man needed to work for his living and lived under the curse of this world.

That is why you feel helpless, bound by the reality of this world, money.

Genesis 3

“Cursed is the ground because of you;
through painful toil you will eat food from it
all the days of your life.

18 It will produce thorns and thistles for you,
and you will eat the plants of the field.

19 By the sweat of your brow
you will eat your food
until you return to the ground,
since from it you were taken;
for dust you are
and to dust you will return.”

This is true for people who don't have God.

But for those who are reconciled back to God, this curse is nulified.
We have God who will bring in the blessings.

Philippians 4:19 (NASV) - And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Unbeliever - Have to fend for self.
Believer - God will provide.

I've shared this before, my Faith and Trust is in God more than running of the economy of this world.

We still work but without the stress and worry of what will happen tomorrow. How? God will bring everything to work together for the good of our life.

Life was full of shitty problems before you meet God. I wish I knew God earlier, but hey, at least I'm not too late.

......

*
It's never too late, Even for Kron_ka who has went through many cycle of depression, I believe God lead him here to be encouraged at least a little bit.

It's never too late for anyone, you're never too old, even if you hated God, Blaspheme God in the past, The Lord wants to reconcile with you because his Love is

BIGGER than all the evil there is. He can change you and WILL change you if only you let Him.

This is a message I feel convicted to share with all of you reading this.

Time to go to Church! BRB.
