Even I have doubts about this whole business of speaking in tongues.

Mostly Pentecostal and Charismatic churches believe in "speaking in tongues".

Oh well, our "Resident Einstein" perhaps can reveal more should you be interested.

I don't mind being educated about this, if anyone wishes to. I am going to absolutely impartial before I get to do my own research.

take it to next level (which i believe very basic for business man like me) :
how can i resolve my problems with speaking in tongue ?

it looks like everyday for businessman like me = spiritual warfare already oh nooooo....

so where is speaking in tongue located in spiritual warfare ? does speaking in tongue help me, empower me, work as catalyst ? apparently yes.

kindly be advised that solutions may not come as soon as possible. Depends on your surrounding, your mindset, your faith, last but not least... your church community. If your church community against speaking in tongue... oh no... you have street blockage to pass through first even before resolving your business problems.

'Speaking in tongue' is something in the past (1st century christian during Jesus time). Now you no longer need to do so.

Is the gift of tongues for today? First Corinthians 13:8 mentions the gift of tongues ceasing, although it connects the ceasing with the arrival of the “perfect” in 1 Corinthians 13:10. Some point to a difference in the tense of the Greek verbs referring to prophecy and knowledge “ceasing” and that of tongues “being ceased” as evidence for tongues ceasing before the arrival of the “perfect.” While possible, this is not explicitly clear from the text. Some also point to passages such as Isaiah 28:11 and Joel 2:28-29 as evidence that speaking in tongues was a sign of God's oncoming judgment. First Corinthians 14:22 describes tongues as a “sign to unbelievers.” According to this argument, the gift of tongues was a warning to the Jews that God was going to judge Israel for rejecting Jesus Christ as Messiah. Therefore, when God did in fact judge Israel (with the destruction of Jerusalem by the Romans in A.D. 70), the gift of tongues would no longer serve its intended purpose. While this view is possible, the primary purpose of tongues being fulfilled does not necessarily demand its cessation. Scripture does not conclusively assert that the gift of speaking in tongues has ceased.

At the same time, if the gift of speaking in tongues were active in the church today, it would be performed in agreement with Scripture. It would be a real and intelligible language (1 Corinthians 14:10). It would be for the purpose of communicating God's Word with a person of another language (Acts 2:6-12). It would be in agreement with the command God gave through the apostle Paul, “If anyone speaks in a tongue, two—or at the most three—should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret. If there is no interpreter, the speaker should keep quiet in the church and speak to himself and God” (1 Corinthians 14:27-28). It would also be in accordance with 1 Corinthians 14:33, “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.”

God most definitely can give a person the gift of speaking in tongues to enable him or her to communicate with a person who speaks another language. The Holy Spirit is sovereign in the dispersion of the spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12:11). Just imagine how much more productive missionaries could be if they did not have to go to language school, and were instantly able to speak to people in their own language. However, God does not seem to be doing this. Tongues does not seem to occur today in the manner it did in the New Testament, despite the fact that it would be immensely useful. The vast majority of believers who claim to practice the gift of speaking in tongues do not do so in agreement with the Scriptures mentioned above. These facts lead to the conclusion that the gift of tongues has ceased or is at least a rarity in God's plan for the church today.

Don't be Afraid




Dear Friends.

Here is a scripture passaged that talks about Jesus walking on the water in the dead of the night in Matthew 14. I think we all know this passage well.
It's where Peter walked on the water as well.

Of course anyone who was there at that point of time, would have been easily frightened: Small Boat, huge lake, Strong wind, close to 0 visibility is more than frightening. Added , an element of the supernatural, seeing someone walking on water, what more in the dead of the night with the howling wind.

I can't imagine how frightening it must be to be there. The small boat could have capsized for all we know either by the wind or by panicked disciples trying to get away from the walking figure.

This lesson is quite significant.

Sometime we are put in very uneasy situations, just like the disciples in the boat. Funny right? Jesus already knew what was going to happen and yet He was the one made the disciples get into the boat.

You look at the economy and the currency and how things are, you're saving money for the future and suddenly you need to use them for various reasons, putting your future at hold. You want to travel somewhere and you see Plane disaster happening. Things like that.

Do you feel life is like that, at times? Uneasy and uncertain future.

Sometimes there are things we don't understand about God. How He works. Why as though we are put or forced into uneasy situations in life.
That put us not at ease, especially in uncomfortable situations.

We all want to feel comfort and close with God.
Many times we judge God's silence and distance as a sign that He is far away.

Dear Friends, I want you to know, you have judged wrong.

For whatever reasons you may have, as we're coming to the end of 2014 and 2015 approaches. I want you to take this word of God with you to your spirit soul and heart.

"Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid." Meditate on it until you are rested in comfort knowing God is telling you:

Don't be Afraid, It is I. Let this word become RHEMA and Alive in your spirit. Bring it with you.

Having Jesus in your boat, will not cause it to capsized.

There are 2 teenage girls both from dysfunctional families. Have self-harmed and attempted suicide.

Pray for God to touch the parents and intervene to preserve both the 2 teenage girls life ( Nick: Silver and Sparky).

Pray like this:

Heavenly Father I pray that you will intervene and preserve both Silver and Sparky from further harming their own life. Father you know who they are and I agree in prayer that you will also intervene in their parent's life and convict them to come together in love for their children sake.


Father, I commit all of them into your hands, that you will send someone to reach out to them. Protect them in your grace. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Amen to that. Really hope God will send someone to help them.

Spritual warfare 101

When you something that's against your belief, like posting from ngai no 1535, versus my post 1530. Check with HS where is JESUS.

But... this is about belief, not GPS location.

Okay understand, it's paraphrases. Basicly, what JESUS wants, what JESUS thinks, it will rule. It is because JESUS rules (everything under GOD's feet - 1 Corinthians 15:27).

The religious spirit VS JESUS will, is demonstrated in ngai post 1535 versus my post 1530. This is a spiritual warfare.

How to win this ?
1. Spiritual warfare must be lead by JESUS himself.
Deuteronomy 20:4 - For the Lord your God is He Who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to save you
Micah 2:13 - The One who breaks open the way will go up before them; they will break through the gate and go out. Their King will pass through before them, the LORD at their head."

2. It's never about me vs ngai
It's about "who is behind me" vs "who is behind ngai".
who is blinded ? me or ngai ?
who is wolf in sheeps clothing ? me or ngai ?

I believe behind me is JESUS.
but i believe, ngai is blinded. as simple as that. Who blinded ngai ? religious spirit.
