nice verse Ngai... Proverb 3:5 - 6 was printed on Thomass Choo book heaven is so real. I once has the book before... i guess i lost it hehe...

i once discredit her spooky2x stuffs because:
1. bible didn't say detail such heaven has bathroom / bedroom,
2. bible never mention abortion house is like big warehouse
3. bible never mention about somebody visit heaven with Jesus,
etc.... etc....

but again... not to lean my own understanding...

last time i was very dogmatic and against anything not in the bible such as her experiences. but oh well... i guess i changed

I am not allergic to JESUS name but that don't means I believe or follow him. In fact, I make research and discover that the story of JESUS was copied from Buddha, Horus and Joseph. Meaning either Jesus himself lied or he never existed but his creator made him up. Another claim is Jesus studied Buddhism in India during his "missing years", went to Jerusalem to start Christianity but caught by the Jews, who ruled the country and sentenced him to death.

Are these allowed to be discussed here or too sensitive issues ?

quite sensitive to be honest...

Again it's faith lah bro... susah nak explain... first consider 2 things:

1. we cannot back to the future (aka no time travel) so to check with our own eyes we have to depend on other people called "scholar".

I hate to say this but i got have problems with honest people. I once have honest people that works for me, but he is not that smart. Honest ... but not smart... he advised certain things out of genuine but... inaccurate... and i think you can guess lah what happen to business decision that based on inaccurate assessment.

2. amazon.com... what a heck ? who knows that tomorrow amazon will not publish something that refutes everything ? in this age, anything possible. Therefore i choose to be wise with strategic decision. Some administrative tasks are okay to delegate but something i tend to do it myself.

Now this raise to further questions, how can i sure of everything is okay but everything is not stable... uhm... later...

Every religion always has follower and rebuttal from fanatics.... so if you use internet / amazon.com (aka knowledge through 5 human senses) to find our creator... it's primitive hehehe...

solution: spiritual KPI / spiritual assessment.

I am not talking about christianity here, and my english vocabs maybe limited. take this message with your heart and simply ask me if something is miscommunicated.

You go to spiritual realm, either use meditation, 6th sense, 7th sense, prayer, cakra, ying yang, or any means lah... and ask anybody in there who is Jesus Christ.

I heart testimony that one person got some access to spiritual realm and ask "somebody / something" there... who is Jesus... and the answer is... King of Kings.

So... let's forget internet, and go to spiritual realm ok ... the good thing is you cannot ask your staff / maid to go to spiritual realm... it's a personal things to do ... good isn't it ?

The experience of Jacob

Being Broken Pt 4

After Jacob heard that his name had been changed to Israel, a wrestler with God, he immediately realized that this wrestler was God. Perhaps he said to himself, "Oh! This One is God, and He has called me the wrestler of God." Then Jacob said, "Tell me, I pray thee, thy name" (v. 29). The Lord replied, "Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name?" (v. 29). The Lord did not tell Jacob His name. In our experience, the dealing Lord is always a secret. However, although He did not reveal His name to Jacob, the Lord blessed him. After blessing Jacob, there is no record that the Lord left him. The Lord had been with him all the time and, even after the wrestling, He was still there. The Lord neither came nor went; He simply wrestled with Jacob. If that was Jacob's experience in Old Testament times, it is even more true with us today. The Lord will never leave us. Whenever we require a dealing, He will render the precise dealing we need.

Verse 30 says, "And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved." After the Lord blessed him, Jacob fully realized that the wrestler was God and he named that place Peniel, which means "the face of God."

After considering Jacob's experience in this chapter, we may think that he had been transformed by it. Actually, however, there was no transformation at all, for chapter thirty-three reveals that Jacob was still Jacob. There was no change in his way of living. He was still planning, dividing, and doing everything possible to cope with the situation. Although there was no change in his way of living, there definitely was a change in his life, his very life had been touched. After his experience at Peniel, he limped. Both before and after the Lord touched him, he could do anything, but after the Lord touched him, whatever he did was done with a limp.

With us Christians there are two kinds of failures and weaknesses—those without a limp and those with a limp. For example, we may lose our temper with or without a limp. I may lose my temper with a brother, but even in this losing of my temper, others will notice that I am limping. If you do nothing, others will be unable to perceive your limp. But the more Jacob acted, the more his limp was exposed. Let me say, however, that we should not try to imitate a limp. Imitation never works.

Whether or not you realize it, recognize it, or admit it, the fact is that you are under the Lord's dealing. Sooner or later, you will have the sense that you have been touched by Him. When that time comes, you will know that you are limp and that you will never be the same. You may still have your weaknesses, but you will not be the same. If you still can be the same, it is an indication that you have never experienced the Lord's touching.

With Jacob, the Lord's touching was once for all. But with us, there may be several touchings. Nevertheless, the principle is the same. Many of us can testify that since the day we first loved the Lord, especially since we came into the church life and began to follow the Lord, we found ourselves in circumstances where we were being dealt with. We were constantly wrestling. For a long time, we did not realize that the Lord was dealing with us. One day, the Lord suddenly touched us, and we came out lame. After that, we were not the same. Perhaps we were still natural or weak, but we were not the same.

God has never left us in the dark. Throughout the ages, he has left signs and marks of his existence. There were many signs,
but the greatest evidence of all is the birth of Jesus Christ.

Recorded by Historian and witnessed by many real people who lived, Jesus was a real person who came incarnated as Man and God. He was no obscure myth, neither a far fetch fairy tale.

There are some of us who have forgotten about God. Some have left home. Some do not know He exist.
Let this season of Christmas reach out to you , that this is God's attempt to reach out to you.

If you felt that God is an old disgruntled Man who lived in the sky and has no care for the affairs of Man.
Let the message and the meaning of Christmas change your heart. Find out what Christmas actually means.

Christmas is hope came down from heaven, born of a virgin's birth, to us a child is born. This child grew and started to teach about God.
When the child grew up, He performed signs and wonders that testify only a God is capable of such powers. And this too was recorded.

In the Bible, God himself inspired these words as a testimony of his heart.

2 Corinthians 5:19 (NLT) - For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.

Christmas is the message of Hope that God wants to reconcile with you.

You will understand how much God loves you when you understand how much God loves his son, that the everlasting Father God gave up his only begotten to to be sacrifice on the cross so that you can come in and be reconciled to Him!
