preferably have good interpersonal skills such as last hitting and also responding to ganks (tping at crucial times)
and also proper item builds. stupid items are not tolerated

also be able to play your respective roles properly (eg supports ward and roam if needed, mid players are to gank properly and able to cope etc. i dont want 5 carries)

communications skill wise, as long as i understand if u wanna go or not and likewise, it's fine.
and please no 10min "gg we lose i afk" attitude. i hate that

im better than your average support and also an excellent carry. so-so middler , so-so offlaner

also, mics are not necessary. skills to understand pings are necessary tho (eg : dont go rambo after a ping when theres obviously 5 lurking in the forest somewhere)

Not exactly i can play supports well too but i tend to forget to do "support" jobs like warding and stuff.
