Very low in memory system, and I will skip install any antivirus.

Another option, you can go for Linux - some distro specially make for low end pc such as Xubuntu, LXDE and etc ,,,

p/s if you never use Linux before, maybe it is the time to try out Linux - it's work like Windows.
