now 1 year has pass..

2k -2.3k per month = (2-2.3k) x12 = 24k to 28k

now as it stand, it is 600k, 1 year vp, holding cost 24k to 28 k, round it up 30k cost in total per year..

after another year, another 30k cost needs to be factor in, purely cost only, this push up another 630k, when it stops?

how about the speculated margin? no need time to catch up?

heard that developers cost of lands only as low as 20% and if large number it is 10%, Singapore land cos is 40% to 60%, still they profit, ast time you mention developers profit margin somewhere below 20% right? or 30%? that is why u justify price is high ya?
