I not over stretched. I only use 50% of my salary to pay loan n daily expenses. 50% save into flexi loan. End of year. Can scout another project to play.

Why u think people has car loan? U also no car loan. I got 2 cars but no loan also. So, don't always think one sided. People father may be cash loaded n has helped paid down 50% dp leh...this people wont tell u all the truth mah..

That is called prediction mah. Jliew n showtime can go holland too if they are wrong but they can afford go holland shopping if price drop. Only u if not yet buy n if they are right, price keep going up, your turn go holland, not shopping but wash dish in restaurant lor.

Next year got gst, not sure what is the impact yet n petrol subsidi going to reduce further....high inflation year.

Yup. High inflation. Transaction ll be slower down but price ll stay n inch up.

Next year, u see tnb tariff increase too. Petrol subsidy getting lesser or removed, gst, what more???

People now already accumulating properties for rental games in preparing for high inflation time. Those who can't afford to buy ll have to rent. I have been renting in my early days for many years due to no money. What can I do beside renting? Stay under bridge meh??

We dont mind u tekan as long as can rent out. When the time turns to owner's time, we ll tekan balik lor. It is a fair game out there.

I dont flip. But if got someone come to me n offer me a good price, I dont mind to sell it n flip. Many people are doing this. Dont believe? Ask jliew n showtime.
