I promise Bearbear la if he still cant get his apartment 4 years later I sell him cheaper a bit la...always talk bad about midfield price also won't drop ga la..

By the way next month or January I got 2 condo expecting VP , one is mirage cyberjaya ( facing putrajaya lake)and another 1 is the capers sentul East ( facing klcc)
Both unit also more than 1450 sq ft...if Bearbear want I sell him cheaper or rent him cheaper la...I bought more than 800k each unit last time
Agent told me can fetch 900 psf but I not so naive believe la. Perhaps Bearbear u can google n see what the market price since Bearbear is so informative..I only give special discount to Bearbear tongue.gif

Agent already call me every morning but I don't have time to renovate yet..may be keep until after Chinese New Year.

When I have nothing to do I will park money in property..I only sell when want to upgrade or buy more or have others more profitable investment to do.

I never believe in short term money gain but due to property booming I consider myself kena jackpot..

Besides paper gain as consolidation prize , price Increase really not excite me. I still prefer slow n steady growth so that at same time I can have time to accumulate more..
