Which part of ui lag please be more specific

Lag in terms of how many secs?
If lag 1 to 2 secs, just bear with it as this is norm for touchwiz UI.

I just tried mine playstore youtube no lag wor...but I switch off a lot of stuff maybe that why...u can try switch off animation inside deloper mode

Yeah google app has some jank here n there, but I'm sure it'll get better after a number of updates. Samsung is most probably rushing to release lollipop for this phone now, so we might not have many firmware updates till that releases.

Lemon units perhaps ? Try disable some apps that you don't use or factory reset

- Left to right in Google Apps (Play Store and YouTube) - extremely crazy smooth.
- Email - no idea as never use.
- closing tab in chrome - it shuttering in all device I use before, include M8, Z Tablet, Redmi Note and off course Note 4.
- Home screen switching - Smooth, no issue here, just only dislike sometimes the Briefing no pull out effect but jump out.
- Facebook - extremely crazy smooth.
- Temp reaching. 41°C - normal for any phone since year 2012. Go touch any snapdragon 4 Pro phone like Xperia Z, that is call superb heat.
- Note 3 no lag - ??? Any part Note 4 also smoother than Note 3.

mine usually 6.5 by 15 % or so. btw wanna ask, whenu say ur phone is 41 degrees, what app are u using to see that? Bcoz its perfectly normal for the CPU to be 41 degrees at idle. The batt temp would be about 33 degrees or less at idle. I think uncle benny is talking about his batt temp and not the cpu temp....

It is not lag due to phone. It is due to slow connectivity of data.

I don't know how familiar you are with high spec smartphone : hot means 50 degree C n above. Normal usage 36-40 degree is common

The phone can easily sustain temperature up to 60 degree C but I had yet to hear such temperature recorded.

Please provide quantitative measures. Install some temp monitoring software and report again.

Humans feel anything above 37 degrees C to the touch as hot. We can definitely stand touching up to 50 degrees.

Note however that this is some kind of new battery chemistry as I reported earlier.

It is charging from nominal 3.85V to 4.4V. All others I've seen so far are 3.7V or 3.8V to 4.2V or 4.3V.
