Hi guys, I read that the tempered glass sp for note 4 will have the halo effect due to the 2.5D glass used on the screen. Can I know is there any sp on the market now that don't have the halo effect?

You don't get what I mean. It only protect the surface outside the lens part because they is a big hole in the center which is the actual lens location.

So it still can possible scratch the part where the lens position.

Yup, I notice what you said is true, there's a hole at the lens position. End up I just peel it off tongue.gif

Hey guys, I notice that some apps I downloaded have the "move to SD" function at the application manager. I thought after gingerbread can't do so already? And when I try to do so, it can move to SD card, but the app size increased. For example, in device the size is 2MB, when move to SD, it becomes 3MB, 1MB(device) + 2MB(SD). Why is this so? blink.gif

Hey guys, is it advisable to move the apps to sd card using the application manager? Will it corrupt the card or apps?

Hey guys, did anyone of you encounter a screen flickering problem once in a while? I Google it and it seems that is caused by the pulse-width modulation (PWM) used in the AMOLED screen.

flickering in any specific apps / screen??
*
Is like when you are using the phone and the screen suddenly like dim in split second from the brightness set and then back to that brightness. No specific apps though. And I am quite sure is not caused by the auto brightness being turned on. Cause is not like the screen is auto adjusting the brightness as I am under the same lighting condition.

Owh.. Dim screen a while izit??

I think this is not known as flickering la.

I suspect is caused by Smart Stay?? Off it and see how.
*
Yea, dim a while then back to normal, flickering is a bit exaggerated I guess tongue.gif don't know how to describe it. Haha. Smart stay is off. I suspect maybe is the "auto adjust screen tone". Wille turn it off and see how is it. Hopefully is not hardware problem cry.gif

Hm.. not sure anyone else here having the same issue  hmm.gif

Damn, I think is hardware issue cause the problem still persist. The screen will like dim and bright for few times then back to normal. Now is like happening quite frequently. cry.gif I saw there's a express service centre in sunway which promise one hour repair, anybody try that before? Or the Midvalley service centre?

hmm.. i think i have the same issue... but for my case it only happen occasionally.

Yea, it happens occasionally too. Although not a big problem but sometimes it is quite irritating to see that. Will send to samsung SC and see how it goes. Does samsung have this policy of one to one exchange within 7-14 days? Cause I only got my phone few days ago.

Hey guys, does the screen actually dim itself before going off after the screen timeout? Or just going off directly without dimming?

Yes. The screen will dim itself first before it goes off.
*
I see, cause before I send my phone to sc cause of the screen dimming issue it will just directly go off without dimming. Then after reinstall the whole firmware by the sc now the screen will dim first, so I just want to clarify. Now the dimming issue is gone too, guess is bad firmware last time. Thanks!
