No matter what, I want new phone replacement. I don't want broken RM2.5K phone. email a formal complain with picture to samsung malayasia and demand a new phone or buy back . I done that with my old S2

most of you guys buy your phone from telco or retails shop ? which the best offer So far the offer i seen from senQ = RM2499, 2 years warranty , free RM50 cash voucher and free car charger Best denki = RM2499 ,free screen protector , rock casing , and 16 gb SD card Harvey norman = RM2499 free screen crack warranty care 1 year (not sure what rubbish is this) , itouch 10 400 mah power bank , samsung s view case and kingmax OTG 16gb flashdrive... If you got any better offer please share . Thanks

Yes, by all means ask them to replace a new one for you.

hello guys...i'm planning getting note 4....but still a bit concern regarding the TW...i read some articles regarding the lag/stutters issue and mostly it involves only SD unit...not exynos...since malaysia getting the exynos vers, how was the exp handling it? currently using WP on NL1020

All this crap on touchwiz leads me to suspect that the head of software is either clueless or powerless.
Clueless is due to perhaps some astute political skill instead of technical, like what they liken Steve Ballmer at Micro$oft.
Powerless is perhaps due to most Asian societies and organizations not going against consensus or senior decisions.
It is likely a combination of both.

Those phone sure hotter than yours. If they all running fine means your unit got issue. Also try take out your SD Card see how. If ok then is time replace your SD Card.
