I had flashed the Russian kernel and yet to see any obvious performance differences. Had been using the phone past 3 hours. No problems encountered yet
I did a backup of the original stock kernel using Flashify backup function first before flashing the Russian kernel

just taught try better quality this time and it feels really good.

For me,the only reason I'll be flashing a custom kernel is for faster usb charging,since samsung went with a usb 2.0 port this time....sigh,the note 3 used to charge really fast with my laptop.
