Hi Guys,
I have went to JPN and this is the actual flow that I was facing: My bf and I am same state but different district, and we planned to register at my district JPN. therefore we need to do the following: - Bring along both of you IC copy, front and back. - 2 sets copy of passport photos. 1. Submit 1 copy of form at my district, go to the JPN and the pegawai will guide you how to fill in(for my case, there's an example stick on the wall). Sign the form in front of the pegawai. Our 1 set of passport will be pasted at the form. For my case, no IC copy is needed, only need to show our original IC to prove that we are Malaysian non-muslim. 2. If you want to having ROM at the JPN, you may book the date and time right after 21 days of BOTH of you submit the form. Eg: I submit by today, but my bf submit the form 1 week later, the 21 days count down is starting from the later case. 3. My bf need to submit his form with our 1 set of photograph, sign the form in front of his district JPN, our 1 set of IC copy. Note: My presence is not necessary due to we are not register at his district JPN. 4. 21 days later, due to the ROM is being held at my district JPN, my bf need to pick up the form at his district JPN with the original letter of permission (anyone can help to collect the form as long as bring along the letter). 5. On the ROM date, my bf need to bring his JPN form together with the letter of permission(to prove that he is allowed to register at another JPN out of his district). Bring along saksi original IC and IC copy as well. Dress proper like you go to any government office. No jeans, no sport shoes, no sleeveless, no skirt that shorter than knee length, not allow to wear slack pants for women. BTW, the procedure above are for those both couple are 21 years old and above This post has been edited by jeshem: Nov 18 2014, 01:45 PM |
