called to JPN Shah Alam on ROM procedure (in my case , my ROM at Tian Hou Temple, >21years old , non-muslim)

If both of u are from different state and would like to held ROM at KL/Selangor , better to proceed to Church/ Temple for ROM other than JPN office itself. You can save a lot of hassle.

Just need to go any JPN to fill up the JPN KC02 form , get a commissioner of oath to stamp , pay RM20 for registration fee and thats it ... bring along 2 passport size photos each of u and original MYKad.


If you insist to held ROM at JPN office(KL/ Selangor) , u need to change ur MyKad address to KL/ Selangor address. it will take at least 1 whole day.
