My experience:

1. The bride - change address on IC to the groom's address (if the bride will live with the groom) or vice versa.

2. Use temporary IC to register at same JPN branch.

OR

1. Both go to JPN Putrajaya directly and do it there. Apparently this can circumvent the problem mentioned above (this is what I understand from the officer)
