MRCB is the main con, not the developer. The developer is still PR1MA. The latter will have to bear responsibility for the late delivery of any of their project like what you have mentioned. Just that as a gov't agency, will they honour the agreement or weasel their way out like how they handled the 10% price reduction for PR1MA @ Alam Damai?
But still something to ponder about if PR1MA is confirmed to be dissolved. Maybe the responsibility will be picked up by an upcoming 'Unified' housing agency? Or will this agency also wash their hands off just like the above case?
