i thought air cond price should come down?

i have two panasonic non-inverter but ionizer models. one installed on 2001, another on Jan 2012. both spoiled after 3 years plus. first one pcb and blower motor spoiled. second one compressor and ionizer led pcb. back in 2004, when call panasonic, they arrange their technician to come repair. now when you call, they ask how old is the aircond. if more than one year, they'll give you their agent number to call. when i called the agent, the agent told me they're fully booked for the next 2 weeks! asked me to call back panasonic. when called back panasonic, they gave me two more agents number. basically, now if you own panasonic aircon, after a year, you'll be left on your own to call for help to repair. panasonic basically ask you to go take care of your own problem.
even Samsung doesn't do that. at least Samsung will arrange with their agent to come to attend to repair while panasonic give you number and ask you to call yourself. wash hands just like that. no more panasonic aircond for me from now on!

Don't espected too much on basic model, not as cold than York Daikin GA cooling King model..

So my house totally to avoid Panasonic Aircon anymore.

Just the brand from what you get, the York cooling kong never seem the price is higher than what you paid for Pana Aircon.

I have no idea for Daikin price..

Just imaging Pana how they cutting cost... Branded brand should selling higher price to meet up consumer require as a good brand, but they face too many competitors in the markets, so they just do what ever can be save.
Like smaller the outdoor size and more parts made from China as well.

Just look at the basic model from outdoor compressor not longer have a copper flared nuts plastic cover already, just explored the ugly look now, can be seem the water dripping down at all

Anybody managed to get stock for Panasonic 1.0hp and 1.5hp Inverter aircons? Seems like no stocks for the shops I went to

If confirm the contractor given for at least 0.6mm should be find.

If less than 0.6mm, like 0.55mm will be leak at bending area, But I never tried before..

Cause my new Aircon when installed at same time must be used the new Cooper pipe.. Cause if we're using the existing pipe the cost still there and install new pipe the cost also be the same, why not using new pipes.

Nowadays still keep that old might set... No wonder this country never grow and keep currency just going down only.
