what kinda game is this actually ?

Tactical strategy game that is inspired by X-COM where it has similar time units as that game and you always command a small squad but it has its own twist, such as you have to move and aim yourself to attack like a 3rd person shooter. If you like XCOM and anime, you'll probably enjoy this game.

I know this is far fetched but I kinda hope they port VC2 and VC3 into the PC somewhere in the future.

Well, if the sales of VC on PC is good, why not? There are guarantee money to make if the sales is good.

From what it appears so far, VC does seemed to sell well. Its top 10 on Steam now.

Finished the vanilla version on PS3 long time ago. Never tried any DLC. Patiently waiting for unlocking .....

Hehe lets be hopeful then. Probably VC3 localization will see the light
