I beg to differ. Genuine home owners also like some sub-sales activity in their Taman, so that prices can appreciate over time.

But I can understand if you think differently since until now you still not yet buy? Still NATO...

Talking about luxury, I really enjoyed looking at the 3-storey bungalows at Setia Eco Park. It has a lap pool, pool deck, lift. Launch price at 4+ mil, can see can admire can dream cannot afford though, hehehe...
