Agreed that location is came into consideration before booking but seems like the main point here is the actual unit doesn't meet majority's expectation.

Probably EM is focusing too much on marketing and promotion materials instead of delivering actual product and value for money.

Those are custom make single bed, I don't even think a 5 ft maid can sleep in there. Unless she has to curl up her legs all the time. It's impossible for human living purpose.

In conclusion , cluster is quite a let down except 2A . 2C living hall is too small and 2B kitchen is too small. 2D which suppose to be the biggest cluster also doesn't present the "wow" factor. Meaning I've no choice but to cancel my booking.

Honestly, first time buying a house without seeing show units due to over confidence in EW previous records. Been visited to friends gouse in SA which gave me "missing boat" feeling, that's why, this time, a bit rush...

2D is still the best amongst the cluster, more like semi D feel, if $$ is not an issue, should be a good choice
