QUOTE(samkps @ Dec 5 2014, 01:24 AM) The new traffic route that link up SEH, EM and SEH2 has been planned long time ago.. This is why even the connecting road to SEH2 can be clearly observed in the EcoMajestic masterplan... Base on my source ecohill2 should be have 3 access to the EM.may super jam here in future Just nicely match with EM access road. Accidentally found from one of the link. If the source is correct. QUOTE(doomdoom @ Dec 16 2014, 10:33 AM) i feel that the actual swan lake is kinda small...if can make it bigger will look nicer.. Come to think about it, the lake in the Eco series even in Setia eco park and Eco glades are also small. Eco Glades at some area, water body is more like a longkang width. Anymore bigger will erode to number of units offered and GDV.the landscape looks good.... |

QUOTE(doomdoom @ Dec 16 2014, 10:33 AM) i feel that the actual swan lake is kinda small...if can make it bigger will look nicer.. Hmm, probably the whole township got too many lakes dy and Swan Lake is a signature lake due to located in front of EW Gallery and accommodating the cars travelling from the red carpet bridge. the landscape looks good.... I am fine with the lake size, but I am more prefer to have larger park, bigger is better because definitely in 10 years or more later, half or some size of this park is sure going to sacrifice for other purpose. I like park and garden more than lake because easier to maintain, more beautiful, greenery, fresh air and able to utilise most of the lands ( walking, cycling, gathering, etc ) but lake seems just a sub parcel of facilities. |

Rather than the size, I hope the lake to have some interesting features - "dancing" water jet, extended walking path / bridge to the middle (or near the middle) of the lake with gazebo-like structure for fish feeding etc. |

QUOTE(Majesticman @ Dec 16 2014, 03:19 PM) Unless it's end/corner lot whereby additional 2ft wider is given, the built up is still the same. The premium is due to it facing the linear garden, which is (one of) the best spot in Merrydale. Also, the price has been adjusted upwards after the initial launch. This post has been edited by Jasoncat: Dec 16 2014, 04:52 PM |
