Hello guys,

I took a bunch of pics for my annual dinner and a save it to my frens laptop before transferring them to mine last few weeks.

Since then I have no luck viewing them, all of the pc i tried are unable to determine what sort of file my photos have become.

My boss are asking for them quite a few time edi.... cry.gif

Hmm, chances are that data was lost during export.

Based on my past experience for these type of problem, it's difficult to recover. Even if you try to recover them, chances are that it would not be a full photo.
For example, it would be half a photo or weird colours.

However, you are welcome to try jpeg recovery tools, though I can't recommend you any... Hopefully, a sifu can prove me wrong otherwise.

Sorry OT for taking your thread. Just curious.

So, if an image has numbers other than 00 00 00, then there is hope?

Thanks for your reply.

You sure it's Jpeg? and not .CR2?
If you're using CANON (Might work with Nikon) download ImageBrowser EX (Free)
It can process RAW images.

Edit;
Nvm, it doesn't work with ImageBrowser EX.
